Going Organic

Is your cupboard filled with organic foods? Have you discovered what the choice of organic products can do to you, your health, and your family’s?

Groceries & Everyday

Before, I didn’t really care for organic products. I was just after the inexpensive prices of the foods and the dry goods that I was buying. However, when I was able to attend a cooking show by a well-known Vegetarian Chef here in the US (Chef Mark Anthony), I got oriented to the pros and more pros of choosing organic products in the market rather than the regularly grown plants, vegetables, and fruits. I was exposed to the hybrid developments of the fruits and vegetables sold in the market right now and what they can do to my body and the family’s. As the household chef, I had to decide for an even better choice: going organic. Now, I don’t buy 100% organic foods but I am slowly picking them up more as I do my grocery shopping. They cost a bit expensive, but I know that they are a lot better for our health.

Also, when it comes to my baby’s choice for skin care and diapering, right now, we are stuck to using the common brand that is so in in the market but I am interested to try these Eco Nappies that I have stumbled upon ethicalsuperstore.com! For the baby’s sensitive skin, I am sure one can never go wrong with skin care products that are eco-friendly.

Going organic may not be the most economical when we consider the budget that we allot for them every single time, but when we look to the future what the long-term effects are for choosing to go organic as early as now, it will be worth it!
